Tasting Notes: The Estate Red Blend is made up of a selection of high quality parcels of wine, hand selected, post fermentation of the 2022 vintage. The red variety vines are now 20+ years old, showing maturing and producing fruit with an elegance of flavour. This was highlighted in the Adelaide Hills 2022 vintage which was long and cool, offering ideal ripening conditions for each of the Estate Red Blend components.
The palate has a freshness of new season raspberries, red currents and blueberries with crushed coco and coffee beans wound together with fine tannin.
