The Pinot Noir fruit is grown on our Kenton Valley vineyard, gently ripened under a lingering summer sun. Tender loving care from the MPW team has created a truly amazing wine, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

The grapes are whole bunch pressed to maintain flavour & quality in the freshly pressed juice. Yeast is added to create a cool ferment for a balanced structure, length and depth of flavour. Left on skins for three to four days, the wine is then hand racked to barrel to undergo Malolactic Fermentation (MLF). This wine making process helps create the silky tannins and rich autumn fruit flavours of wild strawberries, violets and red cherries found within the flavour profile.

This elegant Australian Pinot Noir from the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills, finishes with an earthy mouthfeel leaving you wanting more.
